Yes. INFIX holds full public liability insurance and employer's liability insurance covering all operatives and all jobs. You are always protected.

We train two operatives on every regular cleaning site from day one. If your regular cleaner is sick, the second trained operative steps in immediately — same standard, same knowledge of your space, zero disruption. No other cleaning company in Malta offers this consistency guarantee.

For one-off jobs we can usually start within 48 to 72 hours of booking confirmation. For recurring contracts we will agree a start date that suits your schedule.

No. Many of our clients provide access and let our team work independently. We are fully insured and all operatives are background-checked. You will receive a completion notification when the job is done.

Yes. Cancellations more than 48 hours before the scheduled service incur no charge. Please see our full cancellation policy in our Terms and Conditions at infixclean.com/terms.

Yes. Our minimum booking is 3 hours per visit. This ensures we can deliver a thorough, quality result for every client.

Yes. We specialise in contract-based office and commercial cleaning scheduled around your operational hours — early morning, evening or weekend. We serve offices, coworking spaces, retail shops, restaurants and corporate headquarters.

Yes. We provide fast, hotel-quality Airbnb and short-let turnovers — fully sanitized, staged and restocked between guest check-outs and check-ins. We understand the urgency of same-day turnovers.

Yes. We provide specialist interior cleaning for boats and yachts docked at Malta's marinas — cabin interiors, flooring, upholstery and interior surfaces.

Yes. We use a pure-water system to safely clean solar panels without scratching the glass, removing dust, bird droppings and salt film to maximise your energy output.

Prices vary depending on the service, property size and frequency. We provide transparent, fixed-price quotes with no hidden charges. Contact us for a quote within 24 hours.

Weekend and Maltese public holiday work carries a 35% surcharge on the standard service fee. This is stated clearly in every quote.

Payment is accepted by bank transfer. For one-off jobs a 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking with the balance due on completion. Recurring contract invoices are issued on the 1st of each month.

INFIX Cleaning Services is currently not VAT registered. All prices shown are the total price you pay with no VAT addition.

Yes. All INFIX operatives are fully trained to a hotel-level standard, background-checked, and supervised by our management team at all times. Every operative arrives in our branded mustard yellow and navy uniform.

For regular cleaning contracts we assign a primary and secondary operative to your property. Both are fully trained on your specific space so you always receive the same consistent standard regardless of who attends.

We use professional-grade industrial equipment including jet pressure washers, steam cleaners, floor scrubbing machines, industrial vacuums, and carpet extraction machines. All equipment is branded INFIX and maintained to the highest standard.

Simply notify us within 24 hours and we will return once, free of charge, to re-clean the specific area you are not satisfied with. Your satisfaction is our priority.

We use professional-grade cleaning products appropriate for each surface and situation. Eco-friendly products are available upon request. Please mention this when requesting your quote.

Yes. INFIX operates 7 days a week including public holidays. A surcharge of 35% applies for weekend and public holiday work.
