1. Who we are

2. Our services

We provide professional cleaning services including but not limited to: regular cleaning, deep cleaning, post-construction cleaning, office and commercial cleaning, sofa and carpet shampooing, garage cleaning, kitchen deep cleaning, jet pressure washing, window cleaning, Airbnb and short-let cleaning, car cleaning and valeting, boat and yacht cleaning, and solar panel cleaning.

All services are carried out by our own employed and trained operatives under the direct supervision of INFIX management at all times.

3. Quotes and bookings

All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. A booking is confirmed when you accept the quote in writing, by email, by WhatsApp, or by paying the required deposit. We will reply to all quote requests within 24 hours.

4. Pricing

All prices are quoted in Euros and exclude VAT at 18% which will be added to all invoices where applicable. For one-off jobs a 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due on completion.

The following surcharges apply where relevant:

• Weekend and Maltese public holiday work: +50%
• Emergency booking within 4 hours: +50%
• Waste removal beyond one 60-litre bag per visit: charged at documented cost

5. Cancellations

For one-off jobs:

• More than 48 hours notice: full deposit refunded

• 24 to 48 hours notice: 50% of quoted price charged

• Less than 24 hours or no access on arrival: 100% of quoted price charged

For recurring contracts:

• More than 48 hours notice: no charge

• 24 to 48 hours notice: 25% of visit fee charged

• Less than 24 hours or no access on arrival: 50% of visit fee charged

Cancellations must be made by WhatsApp or email to info@infixclean.com.

6. Access and site conditions

You must provide safe and timely access to the property at the agreed time. If access is not provided within 30 minutes of the agreed arrival time, the visit will be treated as a cancellation. You are responsible for providing access to water, power and adequate lighting during the service.

7. Scope of work

We carry out only the services listed in your quote. Any additional work requested on the day will be assessed and quoted separately before we proceed. We will never carry out additional work without your prior agreement and approval of the additional cost.

8. Quality guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will return once, free of charge, to re-clean the specific area you are unhappy with. Concerns raised after 24 hours may not qualify for a free return visit.

9. Insurance and liability

INFIX Cleaning Services holds full public liability insurance and employer's liability insurance covering all work carried out at your property. We accept liability for direct damage caused by our proven negligence. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects present before our visit. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service.

10. Health and safety

Our operatives work from floor level or standard ladder only — maximum safe reach of 3 metres. We do not carry out rope access, abseiling, or work from elevated platforms unless separately agreed and priced. We comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Authority Act (Cap. 424) of Malta.

11. Data protection

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at infixclean.com/policy. Your data is processed solely to deliver your service and manage your booking.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any dispute will be referred to the courts of Malta which have exclusive jurisdiction.
